Week 2 : Create with Google meet - embedding a recording

 

Today we learned how to use Google Meet in a recording and embed it in our blog. That was really interesting! We looked at different functions of Google Meet, we learned how to organize our Google Mail (something I desperately need to spend some time on!), and how to use Google Keep to make notes in a hassle-free, time saving way. I really like the fact that Google Keep capture the written text digitally! I am definitely going to use that in my class with recipes! I think today was really good and I learned a lot. Thank you DFI team!

Week 1 DFI : Core Business

Today was our first day of our DFI course. 

I learned about Manaiakalani  kaupapa and their journey from start till where they are today. And what an amazing journey it is! Really inspirational!

I learned a lot about how to organize my drive more professionally and keep my documents filed in a logic and easy to find manner. I am quite excited about the voice type tool and can't wait to try it out in class with my learners! Can't wait to learn more!

My foray into Blogging

This is my first Blog - never say never! Another new skill I learned teaching in a digitally orientated school in New Zealand. I now need to get all my classes Blogging....Good luck to me!😅😅
